How Does a CSA FarmShare Work?

We grow, we harvest and we pack a good portion of the produce that you’ll find in your share every week. But given our small size it’s impossible to grow everything so we partner with other small and local farmers and growers to help meet the needs of our subscribers. We do the work …you enjoy the effort!

1st and 3rd Saturday Pickup

Available on the 1st and the 3rd Saturday each month between January and April. Regular pickup times between 12:00pm and 2:00pm.

**Subject to harvest conditions.

What will I get?

Each share contains 10 - 12 items of local produce. Sometimes more. Never less.

Will you deliver my share?

We do not deliver at this time. Pick up is Saturday between 12 am - 2 pm. Please leave a message below if you will be late or out of town. We will set your share aside. If you do not leave a message and do not show up within the window you will forfeit your share.

What if I am out of town?

Please, leave a message below or give us a call. If you do not arrive timely, without notice, you will forfeit your share. If you let us know, we will hold your share until that Monday. Shares are easily transferrable, simply leave a message of who will be picking up your share.

The season has already started. Is it too late to join?

No. We provide entry into the season starting on the first of any month. The cost will be prorated to reflect. Please, let us know of your interest below. We may need to set up a separate payment option.

Are all items certified organic?

While not all of our products carry the USDA Certified Organic label, we guarantee that our partner farmers follow natural and sustainable growing practices.

For a product to be named as “certified organic” it must carry the USDA Certified Organic label. The USDA organic certification process is expensive, time consuming and overly burdensome for some small family farms.

We feel that the best product is a local product provided by a known producer working to support the family farm and the local community. Through the good efforts of Florida farmers their natural and sustainable products which are produced throughout the State are superior to certified products grown far away.

What if I am allergic?

If there is a product that does not agree with you, we will provide some sort of substitution, so long as available. Please, let us know ahead of time. We pick up only as much product as we have shares. These vegetables are harvested just for you.

Are any fruits or vegetables genetically modified?

No, we do not grow or provide GMOs.

Can I pick and choose what will be in my share?

Shares depend on the harvest and availability. We choose only the products that are at there peak when we meet with the farmers. To ensure the best quality, we do not accept requests.

What if I don’t know how to cook or prepare an item?

These shares will excite your senses with their colorful variety. You may find items you have never tried before. Follow our YouTube channel for recipes and inspiration.

Please, leave us a message below with recipe requests or to share your recipes.

Can I order extra products in addition to my share?

Yes, from time to time we find exceptional products that are available in larger quantities. We will always let you know when there is an opportunity.

To request extras, please message below or give us a call.
